Fishing Events & Matches at Fields End Water 2008

If you wish to book a match please note the following:-

  • Maximum of 6 hour matchs
  • Minimum booking 8 pegs
  • Earliest draw-time 8am
  • Latest finish 4pm
  • Booking of 18+ pegs, guarantees the whole "Pool" exclusively for your event.
  • Less than 18 peg bookings, the lake is open to be booked for another match or for pleasure fishing for the remaining swims

Saturday Open Matches 2008 (1st Saturday of Each Month)

  • Draw 8.30am – Start 9.30am
  • 6 hour match
  • Fisherman (or fisherwoman!) with the heaviest weight at the end of the match wins.
  • £15 to enter, of which £5 entry fee, £10 to daily prize pot.

Thursday Evening Open Series 2008

Draw 5.45pm – Start 6.15 pm - 3 Hour match

Running from :
Thursday 22nd May to Thursday 10th July 
To enter on the night it will be £10 : Of which £3.50 entry fee, £6.50 to nightly prize.

Senior Citizens Open 2008

Draw 8.30am – Start 9.30am – 6 hour match
Fisherman with the heaviest weight at the end of the match wins. To be held first Tuesday & third Tuesday of every month
starting 15th April – 16th September
£7.50 to enter, of which £3.50 entry fee, £3.50 to daily prize fund.

Sunday 7th September
Two Age Groups - 9-12 years and 13-16 years
Draw 9am, Start 9.30am - 3½ hour match
£4 Entry - Every entrant will win a prize
